What it does.

Four parts, one invoice. Each works on its own, and they share the same list.

    Fill in the details. The layout is already done.

    Client, line items, tax, due date. FifthInvoice puts them on a clean invoice with your logo and numbering. Clients and services you’ve billed before are saved, so a monthly retainer takes seconds.

    Send it as a PDF or a link.

    Attach the PDF to your own email, or send the link. With the link, the invoice is marked Viewed when your client opens it, which answers the “did they get it?” question.

    One list of what’s open and what’s paid.

    Every invoice is draft, sent, viewed, paid or overdue. Overdue is set when the due date passes. Paid is a click, because the money arrives in your bank, not through us.

    Reminders, if you want them.

    Turn on a schedule per client and a short, plain email goes out before and after the due date. You can edit the wording, or leave it off and message the client yourself.
